What materials are WOUF products made from?
We are committed to sustainability. Most of our products are crafted from 100% recycled fabrics made from post-consumer plastic bottles, finished with eco-friendly inks and gold-embossed recycled leather labels.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
How should I clean my WOUF bag or sleeve?
To maintain the quality of your items, we recommend hand-washing with a damp cloth and neutral soap. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or dry cleaning, as these can damage the recycled fibers and prints.
